Suggested activities:
- Omicho market, to explore in the morning or towards lunchtime to try out its fresh produce at one of the market restaurants.
- Two workshops: Try your hand at making fermented sushi, traditional sushi of the region at Shijimaya-honpo. Or go for a workshop accessory making (brooches, pendants, earrings, etc.) at Meboso.
- A must-visit restaurant: Tsubajin, reputable specialist in Kanazawa culinary traditions.
Also, an introduction of Yuyarurusaisai ryokan, which offers modern comfort combined with a magnificent view on the Saigawa river.
